Productivity - the disease of the 21st century

"Productivity! Productivity! Productivity!" everybody on the internet tells you. "You need to be productive!", "Get up and work", but there is a big "BUT".
The thing is: "Productivity Is Not Punishment". Productive people are those, who work enough to become better at that thing they're working on. Some people often like to lie to themselves, they work their as*es off 25 hours a day, sleep 4,5 hours, and drink 4 cups of coffee every time they get sleepy (I was this way once). Those folks are the part of society, that was poisoned by "motivational speakers", "productivity masters", and a bunch of other influencers on the internet. By showing "fake morning routines", encouraging you to work and study till you can't no more, by doing that, they poison your mind and have an enormous amount of power on your psychological health.
Now, don't get me wrong, I didn't mean that you should just sit and wait until everything comes to you by itself. You should work your a*s off, you should stay energized and motivated. However, there should be a balance, between working on your goals and giving yourself a break. Actually, rest is sometimes even more important than work, it boosts your energy. While resting after working out, your muscles heal, and because of that grow. While resting after studying, your neural connections build up, and by that make you memorize things you were studying. While resting after a huge amount of work hours, you "recharge" and "re-energize". (Netflix & chill isn't rest, by the way, rest is sleep). As I've said earlier, rest is the best booster of energy, but what are the other boosters? Here they are: healthy food, taking care of yourself, and doing what you love to do.
So, 50% of your success is rest, healthy food, and taking care of yourself, and the other 49,99% is the delightment of productivity. You have to enjoy the things you do on the way to success, otherwise, you'll always be unhappy with your results, they'll never be what you expected them to.
Productivity isn't measured by time expense, it is measured by how correctly the goal is set and what methods you're going to use. Also, the skill of analyzing the sources of information is required.
ENJOY YOUR PRODUCTIVE TIME, SLEEP, EAT HEALTHY, TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF, AND YOU'LL SUCCEED AT ANYTHING YOU'LL EVER WANT. BE PATIENT, HARD-WORKING, AND SELF-LOVED!
REMEMBER, YOU ARE AMAZING, YOU'LL SUCCEED!!! 🥰
